What is a cosmetic blemish?

In every major ski factory, manufacturers carefully inspect their skis several times looking for defects (things that would affect performance), and blemishes (minor cosmetic issues that don't affect how the ski skis). The defects get destroyed, the blemishes come to the Start Haus at great prices.

We've seen thousands of "blemished" skis from Nordica, and in most cases we haven't even been able to pick the blemish out. So you get a great new ski with a full warranty at a huge discount!
