Bike Rental

Booking Info & Cancellation Policy

Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy and will provide a full refund if you call or email us to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental. If you fail to do so, you will be held responsible for each day of the reservation. Please understand that we have a limited inventory and to ensure our bikes be enjoyed by everyone we need to adhere to the above policy.

​A valid ID and credit card must be present at the time of rental pickup to serve as a deposit on the equipment. Rentals must be paid in full before leaving the shop.

​Multi-day + multi-bike discount available! When renting bikes for 2 or more days, receive 10% off when booking 4-7 bikes, or 15% off when booking 8 or more bikes. Please call us to coordinate your multi-day/multi-bike booking and discount.

See individual bike details above for sizing guidelines. Note that you may fall in between sizes - if you see that a certain frame is close to fitting your build, but are unsure then feel free to call with any questions.

​What's Included

All of our bikes come with flat (platform) pedals. We are happy to install your personal pedals (clipless or otherwise) when you pick up your rental. We have a few pairs of Shimano SPD clipless pedals available on request for no additional charge. Each rental also includes a helmet, small tool kit with a spare tube for your most common repairs, and water bottle cages (if frame size allows). We are happy to offer up suggested trails and rides to consider and can share digital route maps with you upon request.

Rental Period, Early Pickup & Late Fees

RENTAL PERIOD: Half-day, full-day & multi-day rental durations are available. A full-day rental is from 9am to 5pm. Bikes are due back no later than 5pm on the last day of the rental duration. Half-day rentals are for a 4 hour period.

​EARLY PICKUP: An early pickup can be arranged for $20 per bike if you are interested in getting your bike(s) the evening before your rental date between 5-6pm.

​LATE RETURNS: No after hours or late returns are allowed. We spend considerable time inspecting, cleaning and tuning rentals after they are returned and need bikes back at the prescribed time to prepare them for the next customer. We will strictly abide to our late fee policy (see below). If you are uncertain about your outing and how long your ride will take, err on the side of caution and consider an early pickup or multi day rental. After reading this, please call us if you need to modify your rental before pickup.

​LATE FEES: A late fee of $30 will be applied for each rental bike returned on the same day after the specified return time (between 5-6pm). An overnight fee of $60 will be charged for each bike that is not returned until the next morning at 9am. The late fee for bikes returned the following morning after 9am or for any e-bike returned the next day is equal to that of a full day rental. We require the evening to fully recharge e-bike batteries for the following day rental. An e-bike returned to us at 9am with a partially or zero battery charge is bad news for everyone.

​Guided Rides

Waivers, Damages & Your Responsibility

Before you can leave with your rental, you must complete and sign our liability waiver and opt in or out of our optional damage cost reduction protection program. Waivers can be accessed online from the booking confirmation email sent to you or completed in person during pickup. Electing for our damage cost protection must be done in person at pickup only. While the bikes we rent are strong and durable, you are responsible for any damage to the frame or components due to crashes, improper transport and misuse.
