The Serena is a versatile board that's great for a lot of paddlers. The displacement hull (pointy, boat-shaped nose, rather than a surfboard style nose) means it's faster and more efficient, great in flat and choppy water.

The pull-out handle makes it easy to get to and from the water, and its light weight means you won't mind hauling it around.

It's got a long deck pad, perfect for bringing along a kid or dog, or even doing some stand up paddle board yoga. Deck bungees also make it easy to stash a PFD, drybag or other gear for a day on the water or longer tours.

This is a great board for people getting into stand up paddleboarding because it's stable and versatile - whether you decide you're into yoga, maybe want to start racing or take longer tours - the Sirena will work well for you.

I just went to my first class in Kings Beach with Tahoe Pilates Co. I found out about the class from my friend, and one of their instructors, Sarah Callaham. The class is taught just off the shore of King’s Beach on your own stand up paddle board, or one supplied by them.

We've been getting a lot of questions about, and interest in, inflatable stand up paddle boards since we got into SUP this spring.

Kari, the instructor, teaches Yoga and core stability fitness on the moving surface of a stand up paddle board to strengthen and tone the entire boy. It's a great class for all ability levels, and an amazing workout in a beautiful place.

Our Third Free Fun Stand Up Paddle Board Race was the biggest yet. with 47 racers last Friday evening at Donner Lake's West End Beach! Come out and join us this week, and don't forget to sign up for our SUP Yoga and Fitness Class Starting at 4:30 before the race! Free racing starts at 5:30, free demo boards are first-come, first serve, so bring your board if you have one.
